Pastor Arnel Gabin served the church in various capacities as a district pastor, director of Health, Youth, and Human Resource departments, Executive Secretary, and President. In June 2022, during the GC Session, he was called to serve in the Southern Asia-Pacific Division as Vice President for NDR-IEL. He and his wife Irelyn have two children, both professional physical therapists.

Pr Sam Neves serves as the Associate Director of Communication of the Seventh-day Adventist Church. His main responsibilities are branding and digital marketing for the world church. He was born in Brazil and moved to England as a teenager, where he also served as a local church pastor for 11 years. Today he lives in Silver Spring, MD in the United States with his wife Amy and their 3 young boys. Pr Sam is the product of a global mission driven Seventh-day Adventist Church and truly believes that Jesus is coming soon.

Ray Allen is General Vice President for Adventist World Radio, and has been part of AWR’s ministry since 1993. He completed a BA degree in Theology and an MA degree in Communication and Church Administration at Andrews University; and holds doctorates in Natural Health (ND, PhD). He is also a graduate of The National Broadcasting School, London, and served for a number of years as a Media Committee member at the UK’s House of Lords in Westminster. Allen was adjunct lecturer in Communication at Andrews University (Newbold Campus) for a period of 20 years; and was ordained as a pastor in 1991. After more than 30 years with AWR he says “The rigorous application of the AWR theme From Broadcast to Baptism and observing its powerful Spirit-filled results has undoubtedly brought the most intense joy to me during my years at AWR.”

Pastor Mamerto Matildo Guingguing II is currently the Communication Director of the Southern Asia-Pacific Division. He is an ordained minister who has served the church as a district pastor, church pastor, conference executive secretary, editor of Philippine Publishing House, and communication director of SPUC. He is married to Raiza Acera. They have one son, Jann Denzel Martin.

Pastor Marin C. Diaz is the NDR-IEL director of the North Philippine Union Conference. Prior to his call in the office, he served as a field pastor, Sabbath School Director, Executive Secretary, and President of Northern Luzon Mission. He has a stalwart passion for church planting programs and construction community radio stations.

Pastor Roseller Zamora is currently working as an AWR project worker specializing in the establishment of community radio stations. He is the former communication director of Northern Luzon Mission who orchestrated the construction of 18 community radio stations during the pandemic. He is co-author of the devotional book, Lord in the Morning and an active AWR radio broadcaster.

Ginger Ketting-Weller is the president of the Adventist International Institute of Advanced Studies (AIIAS) in the Philippines. Born in Thailand to missionary doctors, she grew up in Malaysia. After serving as a university administrator in North America for 18 years, she’s thankful to contribute once again to the mission in Asia.

Has served the church in Higher Education institutions for 28 years from Klabat University in Indonesia, Andrews University in Michigan, and presently, at AIIAS, Philippines. He is passionate about ministry and seeks to promote effective organizations. He is married with four children.

Pastor Robert Dulay is currently the Assistant AWR Director for the Asia Pacific Region. Prior to his call to the office, he passionately served as a field pastor for 18 long years. His unrivaled attachment to facilitating communities in the far-flung area of Mindoro paved the way for AWR to minister to the country’s former rebels who are now called fully reconciled. He is heftily involved in AWR evangelism initiatives throughout the Asia-Pacific region.

Pastor Mangiliman is a man who truly believes in the power of mass media in communicating the Gospel. He has a TV program entitled kasama ng AMA that is aired every day in our Nationwide broadcast and has the most number of recorded AWR sermons aired through our AWR radio. He is on air every day, sharing Bible truths and inspirations in Tinig ng Pag-asa. He is a man of vision, action, and faith. He served the church for 47 years in various capacities and leadership positions. Prior to his retirement in December of 2021, He was the President of the North Philippine Union Conference.

Elder Duane McKey is President of Adventist World Radio and Assistant to General Conference President, Elder Ted Wilson, for Total Member Involvement. He is also a Field Secretary for the General Conference. Duane holds a Doctor of Ministry with an emphasis on missions from Andrews University. His passion is sharing Jesus and helping others to share their love for Jesus through evangelistic activities.  He is married to Kathy who works at the General Conference out of the president's office for outreach and social media. They have two children, Bracken and Denae, and three wonderful grandsons.

Cami Oetman is a vice president for Adventist World Radio. She began her diverse career as a model throughout her teens and 20s, followed by a master’s degree in social work. She subsequently built a successful international e-commerce business, which she ran for seven years. Through several miraculous events, God made it clear that He was calling her into evangelism, and she sold her company in 2014. She went on to preach 350 sermons over the next three years, leading her to join AWR in 2017. She has felt God by her side while filming more than 100 mission stories with AWR in the most remote and dangerous corners of the earth. When the world was locked down in 2020, she presented her online Unlocking Bible Prophecies series, which has already surpassed 10 million views and is being translated into 50+ languages. Her desire is to lift up Jesus to the world because He will draw all people unto Himself. “God’s truth changed me . . . from the pursuit of the world to the pursuit of Heaven.”

Dr. Kyle Allen serves as one of the vice presidents for Adventist World Radio. In his role, he oversees AWR’s Center for Digital Evangelism (CDE), as well as the work in the Middle East North Africa Union (MENA) and the South Pacific Division. Before coming to AWR in 2018, he served as secretary-treasurer for Adventist Laymen’s Services and Industries (ASI), and prior to that, he was the senior pastor of the Mentone Adventist Church in California. He recently completed his Doctor of Ministry from Andrews University. Kyle is believes in evangelism and is passionate about engaging all church members, especially youth and young adults, in the church’s mission to take the Gospel to the world in this generation.
