Pastor Marin C. Diaz is the NDR-IEL director of the North Philippine Union Conference. Clifford de Witt, Chief Innovations Officer at Microsoft talks about four important criteria we cannot ignore today: we need to increase innovation, move faster, stay connected, and get personal. Tricky if we consider that Generation Z desires less face-to-face communication and will mostly grant you 8 seconds to capture their attention. Add to this the comment of Allan Raiz, CEO of raizcorp.com – Digital and Social trends changes the way in which we consume content. Basically, it leaves us with highlighting micro-moments. This seminar uses this data together with the fact that we have to compete in this environment to spread the everlasting gospel and come up with a model of evangelism that is driven by these factors. For many across the world, it has been their Turning Point!

He has also been involved in the church and especially with Evangelism as that is one of his favorite activities. Radio is still one of the most trusted sources of information. Nearly two-thirds of the world’s population listens to the radio. Since establishing high powered radio station needs loftier funding and enormous document preparation, alternative low-powered community radio stations can be utilized so we can still operate a radio station that could broadcast the advent hope 24/7. Developing community radio stations promotes Total Member Involvement (TMI) since more members are given an opportunity to broadcast, more church leaders are directly responsible for the management, and even care groups are mobilized for the follow-up of listeners.
Pastor Roseller Zamora is currently working as an AWR project worker specializing in the establishment of community radio stations. He is the former communication director of Northern Luzon Mission who orchestrated the construction of 18 community radio stations during the pandemic. He is co-author of the devotional book, Lord in the Morning and an active AWR radio broadcaster.
The most significant benefits of using social media in your evangelistic efforts is connecting with people who may never heard the word of God before, reaching the unreached, and saving those who are in darkness. By posting regularly, you can share God’s love with people who may otherwise never hear about Him. It’s also possible to connect with people who already believe in Christ but don’t yet understand why they should follow Him. Facebook Evangelism is one of the most effective ways to share the word of God. Successful evangelism means taking the initiative to share the Gospel clearly in the power of the Holy Spirit and leaving the results to God.
My name is Jenny Vi Ascaño, I lived on the island of Mindoro, a volunteer missionary of Adventist World Radio since 2017, I worked with them as one of their cellphone evangelists. I started my Facebook ministry in the year of 2014, posting Bible verses and messages from the writings of Mrs. White. I was being friends with many on Facebook that some of the groups invited me to help them and be one of the moderators of the group. The group where I was a moderator had 85 thousand members at that time, and I was posting many Bible verses with graphic picture, that time where Pastor Timothy Saxton found me in that group and messaged me if I want to be a missionary of AWR. It was God’s will and He opened the opportunity for me now. Praise God.

Want to know what are the indications that the Spirit is really working on the heart? If that’s your desire, come to this seminar.

Through radio, television, internet, and cellphone, we can reach the world with the good news of our distinctive Adventist message. We can minister to people in the privacy of their homes or wherever they are. But how can we personally care for people who have listened, read, or watched our programming? How can we help them discover the answer to their Bible questions? When their heart is breaking, and they need a friend, how can we be there for them and pray with them? How can we guide these precious new believers from broadcast to baptism and disciple them to become an active part of a local church family? This workshop will give you the tools for this crucial work of follow-up and discipleship. Come and find out how we can work together to accomplish the mission God has given us for these last days.
Since his early teens, Tobi Kazmierczak was looking for ways how to use technology to improve how things are organized. After his studies in information technology, he discovered how important people are in making things happen, and focused on leading people rather than machines. Being an active lay member in his local church, he never anticipated working for an Adventist institution but he always wanted to serve God in whatever capacity. As the manager of the Center for Digital Evangelism in the Philippines, he enjoys working with young adults and finding creative ways to connect with people who are looking for truth and meaning in life. Tobi is happily married to his wife Julia.
Resilience and agility is key to thriving in a fast-changing environment. Resilience is characterized by survival and adaptation, reactive attitude, and value conservation, while agility is characterized by the timely response, proactive attitude, and new opportunity exploitation, speed, value creation, and transformation. Agility capability enables innovation, while innovation depends on an effective team. The foundation of an effective team is shared mental models, communication, and mutual trust. These foundations support the core attributes of an effective team: team leadership, team orientation, mutual performance monitoring, back-up behavior, and adaptability. Selflessness is an individual attribute that is key to an effective team.
